Its almost 9weeks am having my mountain bike, honestly am not so good in mechanical thing of bicycle. I was looking forward to have one mtb, finally i own one. The really basic mtb, well for me doesn't matter of  entry level or pro level of having it. The most important for me i just want make it varies of exercises to keep me fit and in good endurance. Mountain biking is one of outdoor exercises we can do beside hiking, bouldering, swimming etc. Although the track pretty small, we just need approximately about 20minutes to finish for 1 lap ( Thats for newbie like me). Pro level maybe faster than that. The most important thing only about 5-6km for one lap, the adrenalin really awesome. Try by yourself to prove it. So far right now am able to do 3laps, after having rest after 2nd laps. He he….. Enjoy and keep fit guys whist breathing with the fresh air in this reverse forest.

If you can pass well on this 1st hiking up, surely you are able to finish for 1 lap. Thanks to those TXTian friends who teach me the correct way to play with the gear on the right path along the way to complete for 1 lap. Really appreciate it. Alhamdulillah now am able to pass all hurdles with the right using of gears.

Since this reserve forest next to the beach, the Pelindung Hill not like the typical hill. The ground soil i can say between mixture of literate and sand. Am still learning the right timing to use proper brake and gear when handling for this kind of ground.
